I recommend that customers carefully weigh their options with plumbers or that Talon's management reevaluate their workers. This is definitely not a good, hardworking family business kind of plumber that is available elsewhere.
Worst customer service ever. The first guy left sewage all over our bathroom floor and walls and tracked it in and out through our living room. The second crew turned our water off without telling us and disappeared after saying it would only take a minute. After having to track down the owner we were told it "wasn't a big deal," even though it's almost 8 OCLOCK AT NIGHT, we need to shower after our work day, cook dinner, and bathe our children. My husband found the guys smoking in the truck when they said it would only take a minute. The owner lied and said the job would be completed on Tuesday and its Friday night. Our water is still off.. who knows how long it will take. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANY REASON
DO NOT use this company! The owner is such a tool, not to mention a crook. He pays his employees whatever he feels like because he knows they need what little money they do make. He prays on hard working families in order to further his financial goals. I will never support a person like this.
The workers on site were crude and lazy, and would spend at least 10 minutes at a time instead of digging (with a clean, non-sewage water leak mind you) speaking loudly and graphically in a family apartment complex parking lot about their sexual exploits, complete with details of porn, ejaculating, the women's names and age, etc. They also constantly threw around "motherf****r", "b**ch, gay slurs, and the derogatory term n****r. All of this was within 5-10 feet of apartment windows and patios. Upon noticing a police car parked in the lot, they began saying negative comments about the police and then bragging of fights they had been involved with "on Pryor Street." "You shoulda seen it, dawg."
