The room stunk of a bad mixture of smoke and mildew. They would not give extra towels unless we PAID $10 for each extra towel we wanted and they would not give us a sheet or blanket for the pull out couch. We ended up leaving 10 minutes after arriving.
The room was clean, the water was hot,no bugs,family was freindly,the food was good but not much variety. The micro wave caught on fire,but .never replaced .the closed caption on tv never worked. The bill was larger than it said on the the Google prices.when asked they spoke in part English and could not under stand them.
It was okay. Only the front desk was able to speak English. I ask one of the cleaning crew for another pillow and she handed me towels. The room was clean and spacious. No microwave or coffee pot in the room. They did however have a small breakfast setup that wasn't bad.
The room I had was very clean!! Front Desk was pleasant and respectable. The only complaint I have is that they DON"T change the sheet when they make it up everyday
Was in town for work, and despite some early issues with my sleep schedule interfering with their cleaning schedule, we all got along and I got to feeling quite comfortable there. A very nice, affordable hotel with some really great people working there.
