Absolutely the greatest experience I could have had in buying my lovely bride to be's engagement ring. Originally went to Jarrod's and while not a bad experience I found something better. Anna, was patient and engaging and worked with my budget. I was able to have something custom made while still in my price range that puts a smile on My Lady's face. To sum it up I got personalized service that worked with who I am and what I could afford without making me feel any less. I believe they care more about the people they sell to than their product yet their product reflects how much they care about their customers.
I originally came to Starblaze to resize my ring. It was very affordable to do so, was a perfect fit, and a job well done. My next visit was about the center sapphire which was a little loose. It's a vintage ring and the sapphire slid a bit within the prongs which made me nervous. They fixed it up, polished it up, and I'm wearing it confidently currently. They wouldn't let me pay them for the adjustment which was very kind. Thanks Starblaze, I'll be a long term customer for any jewelry needs!
