Your sales rep named Matt is a young energetic,well prepared young man! My wife and I came by the Tucker store, looking to replace our worn out sofas, and have purchased from Americana before! Since both my wife and I have some medical issues(lumbar), we were very choosy in the comfort and style we were looking for. Matt went above and beyond to explain and listen to our likes and dislikes, and explain what Americana had to offer! I was pleased with knowing the distinct differences between the manual and power for the reclining sofas. Was really sold on the power ones. We will try a few other stores, but I'm inclined at present to purchase the sofa ,both of liked! Again Matt has a bright future, in any sales efforts, because he handles himself well!
I love this store and have purchased furniture here for 10+ years. Mike and Mike are terrific to work with and the quality of the furniture is top notch! I would highly recommend this store. They also do custom fabrics on almost all chairs and sofas!
