This company has. AWFUL policies which none of their customer service representatives are competent on! The manager AND owners actively practice "BAIT AND SWITCH" ! And when this scheme is discovered and brought to their attention, they only offer an apology and YOU have to pay for their GAME of "BAIT AND SWITCH". How does this help anyone but those at the TOP? I recommend that the U.S. Attorney General, the Federal Trade Commission, the Consumer Protection Agency, and the BBB, ALL be notified of this entity's horrendous business practices. This company should be SUED out of existence. Let's make it happen!
