Don't trust my vehicle with anyone else! Other mechanics try to take advantage of women...not Sherman! From the very 1st time, when I went for a second opinion... He was honest and cost-effective. I've been coming to him ever since... 5 years now.

It is very hard to find a good mechanic and one you can trust. I figured going to a "specialist" would be easier for my headaches of trying to find a good place to have my car worked on but that doesn't stop them from trying to make money. I get people have a business to support but you don't have to lie or rip off customers to do so. Very disappointing.
If you have a Lexus, you should take your car here for repairs. Great customer service, reasonable prices and knowledgeable. They do good work. Thanks Sherman!

Great customer service & hospitality, Thought the work on my car was getting done apparently not what NEEDED to be. I have a 2009 Scion i haven't had any problems with this car since I had it and after I got these guys to work on of course when purchasing a new car you need to have it checked and I did. Everything was great according to Sherman. The second time I went back to get my oil change, he said my oil is leaking and I need a whole new engine, not what I expected when just a few months ago my car was running great. Okay so I get a second opinion from the place I bought the car from since i still had warranty and go through all types of test to find out that nothing is wrong. Before going to my third visit here I notice one of my tires seemed a little flat and my tire pressure light would come off and on so I'd put air in it and keep it moving, this happen a couple of times so I figured I may need a new one or it needed to be plugged. Go back for this recent oil change get the basics, air filter cleaning, tire rotation etc etc.. get all this done says everything is fine okay great. My car is making a funny noise now, it shakes randomly and a week after my tire went flat. I figured I may have needed a tire so if you checked the tire like you said why am I replacing the same tire a week later somewhere else?
