It's it's been 15 years since I've been in this branch. I had to wait then and have to wait now....
1 teller at lunch time and 10 people in line - 4 workers sitting around doing nothing. Typical.
I was making a large purchase a few days from my visit. I signed up for a credit card at this location. The process took a very long time but I was promised the card would arrive within 2 days. It took 4! I was forced to make a large purchase using a high interest rate card instead. When I attempted a balance transfer I was informed it would cost $120 despite the balance being their fault!!!
Apparently there is only one person in this whole branch that can assist me.
Customer service and wait are still horrible.
One teller at busy lunch hour??
Very dissapointed in the staff. Very racist! Ours in one of the most integrated communities in America. Black, White, Hispanic, Indian, etc. at about equal rates and we are very proud of that. Apparently this branch is not proud of our community. 100% black employees and will not hire anyone else. Sad in todays day and age.
